In the year 1948, it was a traumatic situation in the country. Hindustan was divided in two parts and communal war had erupted everywhere. Innocent Hindus were brutally tortured and killed. And the self-destructive leadership responsible for this was busy in addressing peace-meets (prarthana sabha). Emotionally charged Hindus had left with no choice but to remove such leader from the political scenario.
